On Monday August 15th, 2011 your Mount Laurel martial artist, Master Instructor Peter Liciaga will begin the Satori Challenge.
The Satori Challenge is a 9 week program designed by Kyoshi Dave Kovar that focuses on 3 primary areas:
1. Basic Fitness Training
2. Practical Healthy Eating
3. The Mastery Mindset
"I am 100% committed to constant and never-ending improvement and this challenge is my way of living that conviction," says Master Liciaga. "There is nothing greater for my children and my students as a master teacher than for me to lead by example. This challenge is yet another way that I can teach the importance of fitness, health and the mastery of mind for living life fully with an energy for excellence!"
