We just had our first mma class and everyone was so excited about it. After some chit-chat about safety and equipment we got to work doing a quick warmup and stretch, then to some introductions to stances, striking, movement, kicking, break falls and ground positions. Everyone enjoyed the sweat, striking the focus mitts and the ground grappling. I look forward to next week, which by the way, starts our first full week of mma classes.
